Each ultra pure 2'-deoxynucleotide 5'-triphosphate is diluted in a stabilized solution (pH 7.0).
Quality Control
- ≥ 99% purity as estimated by HPLC.
- Preparation is free of DNase and RNase contamination as determined by incubation of the 4 dNTPs with radioactive substrates.
- The concentration has been verified by an optical density spectrophotometer.
- This lot of dNTPs has been tested with Sequenase, Taq DNA polymerase, pfu DNA polymerase and T7 DNA polymerase.
