E-Z 96™ Cycle-Pure Kits are designed for parallel purification of PCR products. By providing the DNA HiBind^® resin in a 96 well plate format, the E-Z 96 ™ Cycle-Pure Kit can process as many as 96 PCR reactions in under 40 minutes.

Principle and Procedure

The E-Z 96™ Cycle-Pure Kit uses the HiBind^® DNA resin that adsorbs DNA solubilized in an optimized binding buffer (Buffer CP). The mixture of buffer CP and amplification reaction is applied to the E-Z 96^® well plate and drawn through by vacuum or centrifugation. The chemistry allows single or double-stranded DNA to bind to the resin, while primers, fragments under 50 bases and unincorporated nucleotides flow through. After a one-time wash step, the pure PCR products are eluted in water or TE buffer and are ready for downstream applications.

DNA purified using E-Z 96™ Cycle-Pure Kit is ready for direct use in all applications, including:
