Usage

Load 6 ul of 100 bp Ready to Use DNA Ladder per well. When loaded at this concentration, band size in bp corresponds to specific quantity of DNA listed in Figure 1.

Storage Buffer : 10mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0. 1mM EDTA, 1x loading buffer (5% Glycerol, 0.02% bromophenol blue, 0.02% xylene cyanol).


Concentration : 90 ng/ul


Storage : -20^°C


Quality Control : Agarose gel analysis shows that the bands between 100 bp and 1,500 bp are distinguishable. All bands must form a gradient. Incubation of 5ul of the 1kb Ready to Use DNA Ladder in restriction enzyme buffer overnight at 37°C shows absence of visible degradation.
