support is supplied by UBI. UBI maintains a
staff of Application Scientists (AS) that specialize in each
one of the products that we market. It is likely
that there is an AS close to you or even physically
resident in your institution. For a list of

between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM MST, Monday thru Friday (except
statutory holidays) by phone or email. If you are current on support
and we are unable to answer your questions in a timely
fashion, then we can immediately put you in contact with the appropriate vendor's support
