Sample Policy
Thank you for your interest in UBI and for using our on line sample request form. We have had a change in policy and do not provide sample kits any longer, but do have a `No Obligation` sample policy now in which UBI will provide you with Full Size (e.g. 50 prep) kits to test out with no financial obligation. The policy is as follows: 1) We will send you the kit to try. 2) In about two weeks we will inquire as to how the product worked for you. 3) If you are satisfied with the product we will invoice you for the cost less 25%. 4) If you are unsatisfied return the unused portion with NO OBLIGATION.
